EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES:

Processing time: All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (except weekends and holidays). 

Shipping time: After the order is shipped, the shipping time of the machine is generally 4-7 business days. The shipping time of machine accessories generally takes 7-15 days. 

DAMAGES:

Monportlaser is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 

If the arrived outer package is damaged, please refuse to sign for it and take a photo, then contact Monport via support@au.monportlaser.com.
