No matter which platform you buy Monport lasers, you can send a ticket on our website . Your question and problems will be accurately handled by our third party department if your products were purchased through third-party platforms.

Desktop laser engravers are typically used for small-scale operations such as handicrafts and amateur projects, whereas mid-range and high-power laser engraving machines are typically used for large enterprises in a variety of commercial industries. Medium and high power, on the other hand, have superior cutting ability. Fiber laser engravers are designed for metals and hard plastics. The fiber laser is more powerful and faster than the desktop and cabinet laser machines.

Now, all Monport laser engravers with a power more than 40W are equipped with fire resistant PC observation windows.

The Laser Wavelength of Monport 20W/30W/50W is 1064nm.

Monport laser engraving and cutting machines of medium and high power include auto or manual Z-axis.

At present, Monport 60W needs to move up and down the laser bed manually. There is a manual knob on the right side of the machine to help you. Monport 80W and above power lasers can automatically raise and lower your laser bed.  

All CO2 laser engraver that use LightBurn are compatible with MacOS, version 10.11 and higher.

Monport 40W LightBurn laser engraver, Monport 60W-150W CO2 laser engraver and all fiber lasers can work with Mac through LightBurn.

If you're using Lightburn, you can add a camera. At present, only LighBurn software supports the camera function, so all Monport machines now support the camera function. Monport basic k40 model can also achieve the camera function by upgrading to a LightBurn compatible motherboard. Although there are not many places to mount cameras on fiber laser, you can add some devices to install cameras. Our machine is not equipped with a camera. You need to purchase it separately on other platforms.

Compared with other cutting equipment, laser cutters and engravers are much safer to use as they produce less dust, weaker lights and less noise. However, the eyeglasses and correct precautions are necessary for your working. You can read more information about Safety precautions here.

The laser come up with a water cooling sensor can be found on the left side of the back of the machine.  

You need eye protection when the hood is open. All Monport laser engravers are equipped with laser protective eyeglasses.

Our fiber lasers are designed to engrave metal and some hard plastic, You can mark aluminum, brass, carbide, gold, silver, steel, titanium, glass, tungsten, stone, including granite, marble. You can get more information from section 2.5 of your manual.

Delivery is valid for whole Australia but Northwest Australia. We do not ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.

Monport has warehouse in Australia. Therefore, your product usually takes processing time: 2-3 business days, Shipping time: 4-7 business days.

Every order you place will send you at least 8 emails. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. After the item is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email, which includes your order number, carrier’s information, the date and time of placing the order, the status of the order, and the tracking number of the shipped item.
